Charlotte North End Smart District (NESD)

The city of Charlotte’s NESD team needed a way to communicate with the community, investors and developers about the current and upcoming plans, opportunities and resources in the area.

TEDx Animated Infographic

For the TED Global conference, the director of TEDx wanted to show the growth of TEDx events over the previous 4 years to display during her presentation.

SOLE Teacher Toolkit

2013 TED Prize winner, Sugata Mitra, had a goal to build a learning lab in India, where children can embark on intellectual adventures by engaging and connecting with information and mentoring online. He wanted to share this Self-Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) method with parents, teachers, after-school programs and communities worldwide, and transform the way kids learn. My job was to design a SOLE toolkit for teacher and parents to download.

Autodesk Gallery Exhibition

Public Interest Design LLC created a special Audtodesk Gallery exhibition to showcase projects and designers actively working in the movement. I designed a community solutions exhibition which demonstrates complexities of developing solutions for San Francisco’s homeless, an infographic that describes the purpose of the exhibition and the breakdown of its content: products, places and processes.

Autodesk Education Icons

The Autodesk Design Academy team asked for a set of icons to distinguish student experts, alumni experts and student ambassadors within their education community. The icons are used on badges and collateral given to community members who reach these levels.

StoryCorps Legacy provides people of all ages with serious illness and their families the opportunity to record, preserve, and share their stories by partnering with organizations across the country, including hospitals and clinics, pediatric centers, hospice and palliative care departments, and disease specific organizations.

One Small Step

For more than 17 years, StoryCorps has connected loved ones for meaningful conversations that document the personal and community histories of our country. One Small Step is a nationwide project created by StoryCorps to help people get past the labels of “Republican” and “Democrat,” “liberal” and “conservative” to find our common humanity and remind Americans of the shared values that unites us.
